Fireworks execs fly higher

MIPCOM NEWS: Fireworks International's Saralo MacGregor has been promoted to exec VP of worldwide distribution, while Kathryn Rice is now SVP of European sales and acquisitions.

MacGregor will now oversee Fireworks International's day-to-day sales and marketing, based out of LA, while Rice gets to run sales into Europe, Middle East and Africa, and adds acquisitions to her remit.

For sales Rice reports to MacGregor, and for acquisitions she reports in to Greg Phillips, president of the company. The moves follow the acquisition of the company by ContentFilm.
