When a respected doctor working for the Centre of Disease Control goes over the edge, stealing ten vials of lethal virus and then blowing up the facility, various government officials, aware of the ramifications, are panicked. When the same doctor not only infects himself, but also converts the disease that once could only be transmitted through bodily fluids, into airborne spores, the fate of the entire world hangs in the balance.
