Launched in September 2002 by President Jamie Carmichael, ContentFilm International is the film sales arm of ContentFilm plc.
Films on ContentFilm International's new film slate include: The outrageously funny comedy Hamlet 2 starring Steve Coogan. The unrelenting psychological thriller Manbreak. Splinter, which will redefine the bounderies of terror! A New York sotry of grand ambition and flawed genius, August stars Josh Hartnett. William H. Macy's directorial debut Keep Coming Back. Richard Attenborough's Closing The Ring, deeply moving love story about how a woman honored a wartime promise. The gut-wrenching, adrenaline-fuelled action horror Outpost. The intensely emotional narrative feature-lengh documentary about a single herd of elephants and their incredible trek across the Kalahari Desert in Elephants of the Okavango. Fred Schepisi returning to his native Australia to helm the fierce and emotional, intense war epic Last Man. Peter Greenway's extravagant, suspenseful and sensuously beautiful exploration of the mystery behind Rembrandt's Nightwatching painting. Paul Verhoeven's Black Book, an epic WWII drama starring the beautiful Carice van Houten.

Our involvement in films can be at inception with an idea or script or selling the distribution rights of a completed film to international territories and looking into financing projects.
At ContentFilm International, we're looking to make and represent high profile, commercial films with great artistic and theatrical ambition. We've been lucky enough to work with some very talented Directors and Producers and our aim is to seek out original films of quality from all over the world.

Jamie Carmichael President of ContentFilm International, ContentFilm plc’s international film sales division.
Jamie is a seasoned veteran of the global film market; after two years traveling, five years in production, Jamie spent two years at Guy East’s Majestic Film and Television International, two years at Jean Cazès’ Lumiere Pictures, then seven years at Mel Gibson and Bruce Davey’s Icon Entertainment International.
Jamie lives in London with his wife and two sons.
Graham Begg Head of Film and Television Finance
Graham Begg spent 10 years at Coutts and Co, part of the RBS where he worked within the Group’s media banking division concentrating predominantly on film and television financing. He left Coutts in 1999 to join Cobalt Media Group where as Vice President, Finance & Business Affairs he worked on films such as US Box No. 1 Swimfan, Kevin Costner’s Open Range and House of Sand & Fog starring Ben Kingsley and Jennifer Connelly. In July 2003, Cobalt was acquired by Winchester which itself was subject to a reverse takeover in March 2004 when it acquired the U.S. based ContentFilm Inc, the company became ContentFilm. As Head of Film and Television Finance, Graham has executed a number of independent production financings including Nick Love’s The Business, Paul Verhoeven’s Black Book, Peter Greenaway’s Nightwatching, Richard Attenborough’s Closing the Ring and most recently the British action horror Outpost.
